The Obligations of RIT

At RIT, we believe that it is our responsibility to offer you proper, precise and factual information.

Before we begin to provide you our service, we will send you an email from the company as proof of the courses you have enrolled in for approval purposes.

This proof symbolizes our finished service, and allow you to make any changes as per your requirement and rectify the service in question before committing to the course.

After RIT has received your confirmation, the process is underway. After that, the service cannot be cancelled until stated otherwise.

Legal Information

In case of any legal issues or disputes, the customers and RIT both agree that such disputes will have to be resolved in the United States.

If the dispute in question concerns the unfair and illegal use of copyrighted materials or trademarks, you are agreeing to defend your claim at your own expense.

You agree that you will pay any costs and damages assessed against RIT as a result of such legal proceedings. You are also agreeing to hold RIT harmless in any lawsuit or proceeding.

General Information

All-Encompassing Agreement

RIT permits you to use our services in compliance with these terms and conditions of service. The terms and conditions supersede any previous iterations of the Terms and Conditions which at this point, will be considered obsolete. Furthermore, RIT may impose additional terms and conditions when it comes to purchasing or using certain affiliate services, third-party software, or third-party content.

Forum And Law

There is a mutual agreement between yourself and RIT that needs to be acknowledged. According to the terms and conditions, this relationship will be governed by USA state laws without any regard for its conflict of law provisions. Any and all actions, disputes, claims which arise from or relate to the terms and conditions must be filed at the courts of [Insert state] or the US District Court located in the same state. Furthermore, by agreeing to the submission to the jurisdiction of the courts as stated previously, you are also agreeing to waive any objections to the exercises of jurisdictions and venues by said courts.
